- Language Skills :

Roles and Responsibilities - Academic Leadership

- Provide solid academic and administrative leadership to the school

- Ensure curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring :

- Maintain high standards in teaching-learning processes towards Cambridge curriculum :

- Supervise and mentor IGCSE and A level

Administration & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards :

- Oversee school operations, discipline, and safety

- Manage academic calendars, timetables, and assessments

- Coordinate inspections, audits, and official documentation

Faculty & Staff Management

- Lead recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention of staff





- Conduct regular faculty reviews and professional development :

- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture

Student & Parent Engagement

- Monitor student progress, discipline, and wellbeing
- Address parent concerns effectively
- Promote holistic development of students

Institutional Development

- Implement quality improvement initiatives
- Support admissions, branding, and institutional growth
- Align school vision
