Job Description:

- Tax Advisory & Technical Research

- Assist in advising clients on international taxation, cross-border transactions, DTAA

- provisions, and transfer pricing matters.

- Conduct technical research and prepare tax opinions, advisory notes, and client-specific

- recommendations.

- Track legislative changes, judicial precedents, OECD guidelines, and BEPS

- developments.

- 2. Compliance, Documentation & Litigation

- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses, FAR

- studies, and applicable regulatory filings.

- Assist with tax assessments, departmental notices, withholding tax matters, and

- litigation-related submissions.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of tax compliance and advisory

- assignments.

- 3. Client & Engagement Management

- Manage assigned engagements, monitor deliverables,



and ensure adherence to

- timelines and quality standards.

- Handle day-to-day client queries and communicate relevant tax developments and

- potential risks.

- Build effective client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver

- integrated tax solutions.

- 4. Team Collaboration & Practice Development

- Review the work of junior team members and support their technical development.

- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, tax alerts, newsletters, and thought

- leadership initiatives.

- Identify potential client requirements and support business development and cross-

- functional collaboration.
