We follow a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) approach: work directly with customer teams to understand workflows, build working solutions, test with users and own agreed outcomes through production. We explain tradeoffs clearly and raise risks early.

What you will own





• Lead cloud discovery with customers; assess existing systems and agree requirements, constraints, success criteria and cost estimates.

• Design and implement AWS solutions across kiro, bedrock, networking, identity, compute, storage and databases; choose practical container and serverless patterns.

• Build prototypes with customer engineers, demonstrate progress and refine designs through feedback; partner with the Data and AI Architect on integrated solutions.

• Deliver cloud deployments, modernisation and migrations using infrastructure as code, automated tests and deployment pipelines.

• Own reliability, security and cost optimisation; troubleshoot production issues, test recovery and coach customer teams through operational handover.

Core engineering skills shared across our team

• Building full stack applications. Understand how user interfaces, APIs and backend services work together; build, modify and debug components relevant to your role.

• Managing data. Work with SQL, databases, data pipelines and APIs; maintain data quality, access controls and appropriate handling of customer data.

• Designing system architectures. Translate requirements into practical designs and explain tradeoffs in cost, performance, complexity and maintainability.

• Making systems secure and reliable. Apply least privilege, encryption, secrets management,



testing, error handling and recovery practices.

• Scaling and operating in production. Use version control, automated deployment, monitoring and runbooks; troubleshoot issues and manage performance and cloud costs.

What you bring

Experience designing, building and operating AWS workloads. Strong networking, IAM, Linux, scripting and troubleshooting skills, with infrastructure as code and deployment pipelines. Able to lead customer discussions, build working prototypes and explain design tradeoffs. Migration or modernisation experience is practical.

Requirements

Required 7+ years of experience

Required AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

Certifications must be active. Candidates must also demonstrate practical delivery skills and clear customer communication.

Must be in Hyderabad as we are building the team.
