LocalEyes/ Star7 India is looking for anexperienced Senior Localization Project Manager to support onsite localizationoperations and ensure successful delivery across multiple language work streams.This role will work closely with the Operations Manager to support day-to-dayproduction oversight,stakeholder coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced workplace.The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with linguistic teams,supporting Project Managers, handling operational escalations, and helpingdrive delivery consistency across multiple work streams.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:

Production & DeliveryManagement

- Supportday-to-day localization operations across multiple language workstreams.
- Helpensure project milestones, delivery timelines, and operational priorities aremet consistently.
- Assistwith workload planning, prioritization, and execution across teams.
- Monitordelivery risks, flag issues in a timely manner, and help drive resolution.
- Workclosely with the Operations Manager on production monitoring and deliveryfollow-up.

Project Manager Guidance& Team Coordination

- Provideday-to-day operational guidance to Project Managers.
- Assistwith prioritization, execution planning, and issue follow-up across ongoingworkstreams.
- Supportonboarding and mentoring of Project Managers where required.




- Helpensure consistent execution of team processes, workflows, and follow-uppractices.
- Encourageaccountability and strong coordination across the Project Manager team.

LinguistCollaboration & Quality Follow-up

- Workclosely with linguists to support production and quality goals.
- Participatein discussions related to linguistic quality, terminology, and consistency.
- Monitorquality trends and help drive follow-up actions where needed.
- Supportcoordination between Project Managers and linguists to improve deliveryconsistency.
- Contributeto quality improvement efforts through regular operational follow-ups.

StakeholderCoordination & Escalation Management

- Coordinate with internalteams and stakeholders on day-to-day operational matters.
- Communicate key risks,issues, and delivery updates clearly and in a timely manner.
- Assist withcross-functional coordination to support smooth execution of projectrequirements.
- Support stakeholderfollow-ups, action tracking, and closure of open items.
- Identify operational issuesand escalate appropriately when required.

Reporting,Trackers & Process Support

- Track delivery status,workload movement, and operational updates across active workstreams.
- Create, maintain, andregularly update trackers to support production, quality, and follow-upactivities.
- Support preparation ofreports, summaries, and ongoing status updates for stakeholders.
- Monitor operational andquality-related data to identify trends, gaps,



and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain relevantdocumentation related to workflows, trackers, and operational action items.
- Contribute to processimprovement initiatives and operational best practices.

Requirements

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Localization, IT, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+years of experience in localization/project management
- Experience managingmulti-language localization workflows
- Experience guiding orsupporting Project Managers in an operational environment
- Experience working closelywith linguistic teams on quality-related matters
- Strong stakeholdermanagement and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication andorganizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving anddecision-making ability in fast-paced environments
- Strong data tracking andreporting skills, with the ability to create and manage operational trackerseffectively
- Comfortable working withdata to monitor trends, support decision-making, and drive follow-up actions
- Prior onsite experiencepreferred
- Experience withlocalization tools and workflows preferred

- Preferred: Strong Hindilanguage knowledge, with the ability to engage confidently with linguists onquality, terminology, and consistency-related matters
- Preferred: Familiarity withAI/LLM tools for productivity (prompting, summarization, drafting stakeholderupdates) and an understanding of limitations, data privacy, andhuman-in-the-loop review
- Preferred: Experienceapplying AI/automation to localization operations (reporting, QA triage,workflow optimization) with strong governance and confidentiality practices
