Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end accounting & financial reporting

Drive
costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement

Oversee
inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)

Handle
GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance

Lead
budgeting, forecasting & financial planning

Monitor
cash flow & working capital

Manage
retail finance operations & POS reconciliation

Lead & mentor finance team across locations

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting & retail finance





- Expertise in cost accounting & inventory management

- Hands-on experience in GST & multi-location compliance

- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems

- Leadership & team management ability

- Attention to detail with a business-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

- B.Com / Finance background
