Job Description: Trainer & Team Leader – BPO

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in BPO as a Trainer and Team Leader
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Shift: Comfortable with rotational shifts

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trainer & Team Leader with BPO experience who possesses excellent communication, training, and team management skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of KPIs and KRAs, employee performance management, and the ability to train, motivate, and lead a team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees in a BPO environment.
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve business targets.
- Monitor team performance against defined KPIs and KRAs.
- Track productivity, quality, attendance, and other performance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and refresher training to improve performance.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare training reports, performance dashboards, and other MIS reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards,



and company policies.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry in Trainer and Team Leader roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, quality metrics, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-handling skills.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and managing team performance.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
