We are looking for an experienced Dental Claim Specialist with at least 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in Dental RCM to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle dental insurance claim submissions, follow-ups, and status checks.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Review EOBs and maintain accurate claim documentation.
- Ensure timely claim resolution and support efficient revenue cycle operations.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in US Dental RCM
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Insurance verification
- Billing and claim submissions
- AR follow-ups and denials
- In-depth understanding of US dental insurance plans
- Experience with US dental PMS/software:
- Dentrix
- Eaglesoft
- Open Dental
- SoftDent
- CareStack
- Strong understanding of CDT codes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote WFH setup
- Willingness to align with US business hours
