We’re Hiring: Video Editor at Creator Saga

Creator Saga is a content-focused agency helping creators and businesses grow through video editing, content strategy, and social media distribution.

Over the last year, we have generated more than 200 million views for our clients, and we’re looking for a video editor who wants to be part of our journey.

We’re not just looking for someone who knows how to edit videos. We want someone who understands content, storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.

Someone who can look at a clip and understand what makes it interesting, what makes people lose interest, and how to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

What you’ll be doing:

- Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding the story behind each video and editing it to keep viewers engaged.
- Working on hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Identifying unnecessary sections and improving the flow of content.
- Suggesting creative improvements rather than simply following instructions.

- Working with us to experiment with different editing styles and improve content performance.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
- Good storytelling instincts and an understanding of audience retention.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work independently, take feedback, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills.

Most importantly, we want someone who thinks beyond transitions and effects. We want an editor who understands WHY a video works, not just HOW to edit it.

If you think you’re the right fit, apply with your resume and portfolio/showreel.

Shortlisted candidates will receive a small practical assignment as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
