We make and export textiles and home décor. We need an Assistant Merchandiser who can actually run buyer accounts, not just forward emails.
What you’ll do
- Talk to buyers daily. Calls, emails, follow-ups. You’re their point of contact.
- Keep them updated on every order: sampling, production status, shipment, delays. If something’s slipping, they hear it from you first.
- Work with our internal teams (production, sampling, QC, shipping) to keep orders on track.
- Own the client relationship. Handle queries, chase approvals, and sort out issues before they turn into escalations.
Who we want
- Background in export textiles. This isn’t a role to learn the basics.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
You’ll be writing to buyers all day.
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and orders at once.
- Positive at coordinating with people who don’t report to you.
Good to have
- Experience with home textiles or home décor
- Working knowledge of export documentation and order follow-up
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
