Mumbai

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, supporting a senior leader across both professional and personal responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand: staying closely attuned to the principal’s priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring that day-to-day commitments run smoothly.

The role combines executive assistance with end-to-end personal and household management. Responsibilities include managing diaries, meetings, travel, correspondence and documents, as well as coordinating household staff, maintenance, vendors, errands, personal appointments, purchases and other domestic arrangements. The Personal Assistant will keep track of ongoing tasks and deadlines, follow up proactively, and resolve practical issues with minimal supervision.

As a key point of contact for the principal, the role requires sound judgement, strong organisation and complete discretion. The candidate should be comfortable adapting to changing plans, handling sensitive information, and providing hands-on support wherever it is needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise domestic and international travel, including transport, accommodation, itineraries and related logistics.
- Manage email, phone calls and correspondence as directed,

ensuring messages are prioritised and followed up.
- Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations and basic reports.

- Manage household supplies, groceries, purchases, deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate personal appointments, family commitments, social engagements and special occasions.
- Arrange transport, bookings, reservations and other personal logistics.
- Monitor household tasks and requirements, follow up on outstanding matters and address issues promptly.
- Maintain household records, warranties, bills, service schedules and other key documents.

Personal support and coordination

- Accompany the principal to meetings, appointments, events or on travel when required.

- Serve as a reliable point of contact for relevant colleagues, family members, service providers and other stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive personal, professional and household matters with discretion.
- Anticipate requirements, identify potential scheduling or logistical issues early, and propose practical solutions.
- Respond flexibly when plans or priorities change.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional manner when dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Strong administrative skills, including document preparation, record keeping, filing and basic data entry.
