We are looking for a creative, trend-conscious Fashion Designer with a strong understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to transform design concepts into commercially successful garments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and analyse current fashion trends in daily wear, casual wear, office wear, and ethnic wear.
- Develop fresh, attractive, and commercially viable designs for the Indian women's wear market.
- Work on prints, colour combinations, silhouettes, patterns, and new design concepts.
- Prepare detailed Tech Packs for approved designs, including measurements, fabric specifications, trims, colourways, and garment construction details.
- Coordinate with the pattern master and production team to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
- Understand customer preferences, market demand, and the commercial potential of new designs.
- Continuously monitor emerging trends and competitor collections to develop relevant designs.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS





- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fashion designing.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in women's daily wear, casual wear, office wear, and ethnic wear.
- Practical knowledge of Tech Pack preparation and garment specifications.
- Ability to translate approved designs into production-ready garments.
- Knowledge of fashion design software and digital design tools.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, and a commercial approach to fashion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the design and production teams.
- Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
