Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging, age-appropriate play-based learning activities.
- Plan and execute activities involving stories, rhymes, art, music, movement and sensory play.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Manage classroom routines, hygiene and discipline.
- Track children's development and maintain required records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
- Participate in PTMs, events, celebrations and school activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and centre coordinators.
- Follow curriculum, safety standards and school SOPs.





Candidate Profile

- Passionate about working with young children.
- Warm, patient, energetic and creative.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident classroom management abilities.
- Responsible, punctual and organised.
- Previous preschool/daycare experience preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and the right attitude may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
