We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Explain company services to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with prospective clients.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve calling targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and qualified on calls.
- Ability to handle clients, follow up consistently, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a target-oriented approach.
