WE’RE HIRING | PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Kimirica Lifestyle is a luxury D2C brand offering premium Bath & Body, Skincare, Fragrances, Home Fragrance, Wellness and Gifting products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to support our procurement operations and ensure the timely availability of materials and products.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase order management, procurement tracking and cost optimisation, ensuring materials and supplies are available as per business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, negotiations and timely procurement.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs), track deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance and NPD, to understand purchase requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, pricing details and procurement reports.
- Monitor material availability, delivery timelines and supplier performance, and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Support cost control,



vendor development and process improvements to ensure efficient purchasing operations.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Solid vendor management, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and purchase order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant experience in purchase, procurement or vendor management will be preferred.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, manufacturing, beauty or personal care industries will be an added advantage.
