Hiring – Showroom Sales Executive

Job Locations: Gariahat & Park Street, Kolkata

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are hiring Showroom Sales Executives for one of our prestigious clients in the textiles and home furnishings industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for effectively converting walk-in customers, leads, and referrals into sales.
- Follow up on leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and generate new leads by liaising with freelance architects and interior designers.
- Achieve sales targets by working closely with a talented team of in-house interior designers.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments and delivery schedules, and provide progress updates whenever necessary.
- Ensure client requirements are accurately captured, understood, agreed upon, and delivered to create a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily reports on showroom walk-ins, lead status, client meetings, and sales conversions.
- Prepare presentations,



quotations, and proforma invoices as per the prescribed formats.
- Coordinate with the execution team and provide regular project status updates internally and to customers.
- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and presentation of the showroom.
- Proactively resolve problems and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in the textiles, home furnishings, or interior décor industry will be preferred.
