About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Real Estate Consultant to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through seamless real estate transactions.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, conducting in-depth market research, matching clients with ideal residential or commercial properties, and negotiating favorable terms. If you possess sharp sales instincts, deep local market insight, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Client Advisory:

Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to analyze needs, financial profiles, and property criteria to design tailored real estate strategies.

Market Analysis: Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to accurately price listings, evaluate investment yields, and identify emerging local market trends.

Listing & Showings: Coordinate high-impact marketing campaigns, stage properties, schedule open houses, and host private viewings.

Negotiation & Deal Management: Draft, review, and negotiate purchase contracts, counteroffers, and contingencies to protect client interests.

Transaction Coordination: Work closely with escrow officers, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and title companies to ensure on-time,

Generation: Prospect, cold-call, and network to continually build a robust pipeline of qualified buyer and seller leads. Qualifications & Skills

proven sales or real estate consulting experience (top-performing newcomers with transferable sales experience are welcome).

Technical Proficiency: Experience using MLS, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss), and digital transaction management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Dotloop).

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and cross-party negotiation skills. Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
