We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive operations staff member to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage inventory and documentation, track orders and deliveries, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Track purchase orders, dispatches, deliveries, and pending materials.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material inward/outward details.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams to ensure timely documentation and smooth operations.
- Maintain and update project-wise material lists, order records, and other operational documents.
- Assist with billing-related documentation, purchase invoices, delivery challans, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and timely updates on order and project status.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in any discipline.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, inventory management,



purchase coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- A responsible attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in lighting, electrical, interior design, trading, or project-based companies will be preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and organizational skills may also apply.
