Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP Ariba Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba solutions, a positive understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, and the ability to explain system functionalities through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations, and guiding learners through SAP Ariba configuration concepts, procurement workflows, and industry-relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP Ariba modules and functionalities.
- Explain SAP Ariba architecture and its role in procurement and supply chain management.
- Train learners on SAP Ariba Sourcing and supplier management processes.
- Provide training on SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
- Explain procurement workflows, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Cover supplier registration, qualification, lifecycle management, and performance management.
- Explain contract management and sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, and auctions.
- Train learners on SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
- Introduce learners to SAP Business Network and relevant supplier collaboration processes.
- Provide practical demonstrations, assignments, and real-time business scenarios.




- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Guide learners through case studies and project-based learning.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba.
- Good understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Buying, Invoicing, or related modules.
- Understanding of contract management and procurement workflows.
- Familiarity with supplier lifecycle and performance management.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to explain functional concepts and business processes clearly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant, Procurement Consultant, or SAP Ariba Trainer.
- Experience in SAP Ariba implementation, configuration, rollout, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Network and supplier collaboration.
- Knowledge of procurement transformation and source-to-pay processes.
- Experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
