Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and construction timelines.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and site supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and building regulations.
- Manage labour, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve on-site technical issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of residential apartments, structural work, and finishing activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction estimation.
- Excellent site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in residential apartment or high-rise building projects are preferred.
