*Key Responsibilities:*

* Promote and sell *health and life insurance policies* to individuals and businesses.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and cold calling.

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans accordingly.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement.

* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Keep up-to-date with insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and policy details.

*Requirements:*





* *Minimum 2 years* of experience in *Health or Life Insurance sales*.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proven sales performance and target achievement record.
