About the Role

BLKBOX.ai is looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and technical compliance of our creative deliverables.

In this role, you will work closely with the Production, Creative, and Operations teams to review video and image creatives, identify issues, validate revisions, and ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards before being shared with clients or moved to the next stage of production.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, creative QA expertise, process adherence, and ownership of deliverable quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative QA

- Review video and image creatives for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Check visuals, text, voice-over/audio, animations, transitions, and other creative elements.
- Ensure creatives accurately follow the provided briefs, references, guidelines, and requirements.
- Verify technical specifications including:
- Dimensions
- Duration
- Resolution
- Aspect ratio
- File format
- Audio/video quality
- Identify visual, technical, or execution-related issues before final delivery.
- Review high volumes of creative assets while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Feedback & Revision Checks

- Review internal and client feedback and verify that all requested changes have been correctly implemented.
- Recheck revised creatives before they move forward for approval.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrectly implemented feedback.
- Clearly communicate required corrections to the relevant team members.
- Ensure rejected creatives are properly corrected before resubmission.




- Flag unclear requirements or inconsistencies and coordinate for clarification.

Quality & Process Management

- Ensure creatives follow required naming conventions, file structures, and versioning standards.
- Verify that the correct versions, dimensions, and formats are being delivered.
- Follow established QA checklists and quality standards.
- Track recurring errors and identify opportunities to reduce repeated issues.
- Maintain consistency across different creative batches and projects.
- Contribute to improving internal QA processes, checklists, and documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Video Editors, Creative Leads, Production Coordinators, and Operations teams to resolve QA issues.
- Clearly communicate identified issues and required corrections.
- Follow up on corrections and ensure issues are closed before final delivery.
- Support production teams in meeting delivery timelines without compromising quality.
- Escalate critical or recurring quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in QA, creative production, video production, animation, VFX, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with a good eye for identifying visual and technical inconsistencies.
- Hands-on experience reviewing video and/or image-based creative assets.
- Good understanding of video formats, dimensions, aspect ratios, resolution, and basic production workflows.
- Ability to efficiently review and manage a high volume of creative assets.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and production/tracking tools.
- Strong ownership and accountability for the quality of final deliverables.

Good to Have

- Experience in Gaming, Advertising, User Acquisition (UA), AdTech, Animation, or VFX.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Asana, or similar project/tracking tools.
- Experience working with client feedback and creative approval workflows.




- Previous experience in a creative production, advertising, or digital media environment.
- Basic understanding of video editing or creative production tools is a plus.
