Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , and modern full-stack development. The candidate should also have practical experience working with AI/ML tools and Generative AI technologies , including integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot .
- Develop and maintain Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Work across backend and frontend components to deliver end-to-end application features.




- Integrate AI/ML capabilities and services into Java-based applications.
- Build solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, or AI/ML APIs and tools .
- Collaborate with AI/ML, engineering, architecture, QA, and product teams.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality code.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Follow Agile development and CI/CD practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Strong experience with Spring Boot
- Extensive experience developing Microservices
- Experience with REST APIs and backend service development
- Full-stack application development experience
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML tools and technologies
- Experience integrating AI/ML models, AI services, or APIs into applications
- Good understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and development best practices

Gathering of requirements-Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.

Coding and Configuration-"Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, in alignment with client requirements ensuring proper integration with system components.

Testing and Trial Runs-"Execute testing for assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

Implementation-Participate in implementation of software application and its integration with other systems to ensure stability.

Maintain Documentation-Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status, while presenting information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and explicit, well-structured code.

Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
