Job Summary

Brik Oven is looking for a Base Process Assistant to support daily bakery production activities at our Doddaballapura CK, NEDA facility. The role involves assisting with bread baking, dough preparation, pastry production, cheese-based preparations, and other bakery processes while maintaining product quality, hygiene, and consistency.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of bakery operations, be willing to learn production techniques, and follow standard recipes and food safety procedures.

- Assist in preparing and processing dough for bread, pizza bases, and other bakery products.
- Support bread baking activities, including mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.
- Assist in preparing pastries, fillings, toppings, and other bakery items.




- Handle cheese-based preparations and ensure proper storage and portioning.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to standard recipes and production requirements.
- Operate basic bakery equipment and follow instructions for protected usage.
- Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Support inventory checks and minimize ingredient wastage.
- Coordinate with the production team to complete daily production targets on time.
