- Any degree or diploma; commerce, logistics or operations background preferred.
- Preferably 1–3 years in order processing, dispatch, logistics or e-commerce operations.
- Valuable spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with production, accounts, transporters and installers.
- Clear Tamil communication and working English.
- Experience with an e-commerce website administration panel is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain website product information and availability.
- Verify order details and coordinate payment confirmation with accounts.
- Track production readiness, QC approval and dispatch.
- Arrange delivery and installation.
- Resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate order records.
