Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated E-Learning Content Developer to create structured, accurate and engaging educational content for digital courses and online learning programs.

The ideal candidate should enjoy research, writing, organising information and developing learner-friendly educational materials.

Responsibilities:

- Research and develop content for digital courses and training programs.
- Prepare course outlines, lesson plans and learning objectives.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, scripts, quizzes and assessments.
- Convert reference materials into clear, structured learning content.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject-matter experts.
- Review and update content for accuracy, grammar and consistency.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve content development workflows.

Required Skills:

- Good written English and comprehension.
- Solid research and information-organising skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:





- Instructional design or curriculum development.
- Educational, technical or academic writing.
- Articulate Storyline or other e-learning authoring tools.
- ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools.

Education:

Graduates or postgraduates or Diploma holders in E-Leraning Content Development ,English, Journalism, or related disciplines may apply. Candidates from other backgrounds with strong writing samples are also welcome.
