We are looking for skilled and experienced CNC & VMC Machine Operators for our manufacturing plant. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience operating and setting up Mazak CNC and VMC machines with Mazatrol controllers. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling machine setting, tool setting, job setup, program understanding, offset correction, and machine troubleshooting to ensure smooth production and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC and VMC machines, preferably Mazak machines with Mazatrol controllers.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and job setup independently.
- Understand and execute machining programs as per drawings and production requirements.
- Perform tool offset and work offset corrections as required.
- Carry out first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, tool wear,



and machine-related problems.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent production quality.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine operation and setting.
- Practical knowledge of Mazak machines with Mazatrol controllers.
- Ability to handle machine setting, tool setting, and job setup independently.
- Good understanding of CNC/VMC programs and machining operations.
- Knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, and offset correction.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and quality inspection.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
