Job Summary

Zell Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team for the positions of Talent Acquisition Intern, Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Executive. The selected candidates will support recruitment activities, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to building a strong workforce.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals interested in developing a career in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability, interest, availability, and relevant experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Assist in preparing recruitment-related MIS and other HR reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support onboarding documentation and other recruitment-related administrative activities.
- Assist the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities, as required.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Graduation completed or currently pursuing graduation.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for the Talent Acquisition Intern position.
- Candidates with relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience may apply for the Consultant and Executive positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over calls, emails, and messages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn,



and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet recruitment deadlines.
