We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and explaining our real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain our projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer records.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the team leader.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
