We are hiring for Diamond Sales Executive to promote and sell natural diamonds and diamond jewellery. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of diamond grading, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell natural diamonds, loose diamonds, and diamond jewellery to retail and wholesale customers.
- Explain diamond quality based on the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Generate current business through referrals, networking, and follow-up with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain customer records using CRM software.
- Coordinate with inventory, merchandising, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries professionally.
