Job Description

Trinex Global is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Interns to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain engagement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.

Eligibility





- Students and freshers from any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn recruitment.
