- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make high-volume cold or warm calls to leads and manage incoming customer inquiries.
- Sales Conversion: Present, promote, and sell products/services using established scripts and persuasive communication.
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, upsell/cross-sell, and qualify prospects before handing them over to field sales (if applicable).
- CRM & Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call logs, and order data in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPI targets (e.g., call volume, conversion rate).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
