We are looking for an experienced and energetic *Sales Trainer* to train and develop our sales team and improve overall sales performance.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct sales training and product knowledge sessions.

* Train sales executives on customer handling, communication, and sales techniques.

* Develop training modules, presentations, and practical activities.

* Conduct role-plays and field-based training sessions.

* Identify skill gaps and provide coaching accordingly.

* Monitor training effectiveness and prepare feedback reports.

* Coordinate with managers to understand team training requirements.

*Requirements*

* 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training or a similar role.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Valuable understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

* Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.

* Automobile/Car Care industry experience will be an advantage.

* Willingness to travel across North India as required.
