Restaurant Manager – Gee Gee Restaurant

Location: Gee Gee Restaurant Thatchoor
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and duty allocations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor sales, daily cash handling, billing, and restaurant expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.




- Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, inventory, and customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues.
- Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
