Key Responsibilities :-

Handle inbound voice-based customer interactions.

Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, rebooking's, and refunds.

Deliver timely and accurate resolutions. Adhere to quality, compliance, and process standards.

Collaborate with Team Leaders, SMEs, and support teams.





Maintain customer data confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria :

Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply. (No Freshers)

Minimum 6 months of Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Travel, Airline, or OTA experience. Solid communication and customer handling skills.

SHL Score: B1 and above.
