We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of HR experience, including mandatory experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Candidates should have strong expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, HRMS, employee engagement, training and development, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage HRMS, employee records, and documentation.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle performance management and employee relations.
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive employee experience.
- Manage HR administration and compliance-related activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Mandatory: 10+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR operations.
- Knowledge of employee engagement,
training, and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Vashi / Navi Mumbai are preferred.
