Job Title: Master Embroidery Digitizer / Wilcom Puncher (High-End Garments & Sampling)

We are an export house launching a specialized digital design & reverse-engineering textile studio dedicated to high-end apparel, designer wear, and global export clients.

We are looking for a skilled Master embroidery Puncher / Senior Digitizer who has deep experience turning intricate physical garments, photos, and artwork into clean, production-ready embroidery files on Wilcom.

If you know how to digitize necklines, borders, Schiffli, and mixed-media cording so they run smoothly on machines without puckering or thread breaks, we want to talk to you.

--- What You Will Do ---

- Digitize sophisticated designer suits, bridal wear, kurtis, and western fashion motifs using Wilcom EmbroideryStudio.
- Reverse-engineer designs directly from real garment samples, swatches, and clear photos.
- Optimize stitch density, underlays, and pull-compensation for delicate fabrics (Organza, Net, Georgette, Chanderi, Silk, Velvet).
- Work with our in-house single-head sampling machine to test and perfect your designs before releasing final files.
- Minimize jump stitches, trims,



and run times to ensure files run efficiently on multi-head production machines.

--- What We Are Looking For ---

- 4+ years of practical punching experience in an embroidery unit, export house, or digitizing studio.
- Complete mastery of Wilcom EmbroideryStudio (e3 / e4.5).
- Strong understanding of multi-head machines (Tajima, Barudan, Chinese multi-head controllers).
- Deep practical knowledge of stabilizers/backings (tear-away, cut-away, water-soluble film) and thread tensions.
- Precision, attention to detail, and pride in clean digitizing work.
