We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor Intern to join our interior projects team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical experience in interior project execution and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ongoing interior works at project sites and assist with daily site operations.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other site workers.
- Assist in procuring, receiving, and tracking raw materials required for project execution.
- Ensure interior works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain site quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with site measurements, material quantity calculations, and progress documentation.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and material shortages to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Travel between project sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of interior drawings, site measurements, and execution processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work as part of a team.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for travel between project sites.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
