- Assign and track sales leads to the respective Sales Consultants.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion.
- Coordinate vehicle test drives and customer appointments.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately updated in the CRM system.
- Monitor lead ageing and ensure prompt follow-up by the sales team.
- Collect customer feedback after vehicle delivery and maintain customer satisfaction records.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales activity reports.
- Assist in planning customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company data protection policies.
- Support customer retention initiatives and encourage repeat vehicle purchases and referrals.
