We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing residential interior designs, understanding client requirements, preparing presentations and working drawings, coordinating with execution teams, and ensuring projects are delivered according to the approved design.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, bedrooms, TV units, false ceiling, furniture and complete home interiors, along with good client communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget and design preferences.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential projects.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations and detailed drawings.
- Create realistic 3D designs and walkthroughs using relevant software.
- Prepare material, colour, finish and furniture selections.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with sales, production, purchase and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
- Take measurements and verify site conditions before finalizing designs.
- Prepare BOQ and support the team in accurate project estimation when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding design requirements.




- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues at site.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings and client approvals.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and design presentations.
- Ensure projects maintain the required quality, functionality and design standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential interior design.
- Excellent understanding of space planning and furniture layouts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, D5, Lumion or similar software.
- Good knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
- Strong material and finish knowledge.
- Good client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of site execution and interior materials.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant interior design experience.
- Experience in residential/home interior projects will be preferred.
