Position: Branch Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our immigration consultancy branch. The candidate will be responsible for leading the team, achieving business targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of immigration cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and immigration counselling team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Handle client consultations related to study, work, PR, and other immigration pathways.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and client relationships.
- Monitor counsellor and sales-team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of client documents.
- Coordinate with the processing/visa team for timely case submission and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and skilled standards.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding targets, performance, and branch growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; experience in immigration/visa consultancy preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration sales or branch management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of immigration consultancy operations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with good sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Salary
Salary: Negotiable / As per experience + Incentives

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
