About the Role
Hum and Strum Music school is looking for a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-desk operations smoothly in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet clients and handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person
- Schedule and manage lesson appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Maintain client records and front-desk documentation
- Process payments, invoices, and billing activities
- Follow up on appointments and subscription renewals
- Convert leads to admissions and track marketing inquiries
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.





Requirements

- Prior experience in front office, reception, music industry, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and data entry
- Customer-service oriented, responsible, and punctual
- Qualified appearance and demeanor

Hours & Availability

In-person in office

- Weekdays (Tue–Sat): 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekends (Sun): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Mondays: Off

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
