Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with 3–7+ years of experience to manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, team coordination, quality control, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage complete construction projects.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Sales Team, Civil Engineers, Site Supervisors, vendors and contractors.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, materials and manpower.
- Review site progress and resolve construction issues.
- Ensure civil, structural and finishing works are completed properly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding client requirements and commitments.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely project completion.
- Prepare project progress reports for management.
- Handle client coordination when required.

Eligibility

- Qualification:



B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in Construction / Project Management.
- Positive knowledge of construction execution, site management, materials, and quality control.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
- PF + ESI.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
