We are looking for a smart, motivated, and tech-savvy individual with practical experience in Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, CRM management, and basic marketing automation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing digital marketing campaigns, backend tools, and lead management systems. A willingness to learn new technologies and take responsibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Management

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Run lead generation and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Test different audiences, creatives, and advertising strategies.

2. WhatsApp Marketing and Automation

- Manage WhatsApp marketing platforms such as AiSensy or similar software.
- Create WhatsApp campaigns, broadcasts, templates, and automated follow-ups.
- Have basic knowledge of WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta integrations.
- Manage WhatsApp lead nurturing and customer communication workflows.

3. CRM and Backend Management

- Manage customer leads, CRM tools, and marketing databases.
- Connect Meta lead campaigns with WhatsApp and CRM systems.




- Handle basic technical integrations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate lead records and campaign reports.
- Explore new marketing tools, AI applications, and automation systems.

Required Skills

- Practical experience running Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and CRM software.
- Understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Cloud API is preferred.
- Positive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new platforms.
