About Career Pilot

Career Pilot is an AI-powered career platform for students and early-career professionals in India. It offers:

- mock interviews and communication coaching;
- government exam prep;
- Career Studio for resumes and portfolios;
- a job board where companies post real jobs and hire.

We're bringing in experienced HR freelancers who will bring companies onto the platform, help them post real jobs, and run interviews, so candidates can practise and get hired in one place.

What you'll do

1. Bring HRs and companies

- Reach out to HR managers, recruiters, startups and SMEs through your network, LinkedIn and calls.
- Get them signed up and verified as employers on Career Pilot.
- Keep them active so they keep posting jobs.

2. Get real jobs posted

- Help companies post real, current openings with the correct role, salary, location and eligibility.
- Never post dummy, expired or misleading listings.
- Update or close jobs once they're filled.

3. Take interviews

- Hiring interviews: screen applicants for jobs on Career Pilot and run HR, behavioural and first-round screening interviews by video or phone. Share shortlisted profiles with the company and follow up until there's an offer or a closure.
- Mock interviews: run practice interviews for Career Pilot users who book a session with a human interviewer.
- Submit structured feedback on Career Pilot after every interview.

4. Report weekly

- HRs and companies brought in, jobs posted, hiring and mock interviews taken, shortlists and hires.

Requirements





- At least 2 years in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing.
- An existing network of HRs, hiring managers or companies.
- Has run 100+ interviews.
- Good spoken English; Hindi or a regional language is a plus.
- Comfortable with video calls, LinkedIn, Google Sheets and job portals.
- Professional, honest, and careful with candidate data.

Nice to have

- Experience hiring freshers, campus candidates or entry-level tech and non-tech roles.
- Knowledge of the government exam / PSU recruitment process.
- An active LinkedIn recruiter presence or an existing candidate pool.

Compensation

- Per interview: ₹75 for each completed interview (hiring or mock) with feedback submitted on Career Pilot.
- Company onboarding: ₹200 for each verified company that posts at least one job.
- Job posting incentive: ₹50 for each verified, active job you bring in. It's paid once the posting is approved and has received at least 5 applications.
- Placement bonus: ₹1,500 for each candidate hired through Career Pilot. It's paid after the candidate completes 30 days in the job and the company confirms the hire.
- Payout: monthly, against your invoice, by bank transfer or UPI. Applicable TDS is deducted.

Rules

- Only verified, real openings. Fake, dummy or misleading posts end the contract.
- Candidates are never charged to apply for jobs or attend hiring interviews.
- Candidate and company information stays confidential and is used only for hiring.
- You must not take payments from candidates or companies directly. All payments go through Career Pilot.
