We are looking for a target-driven Team Lead – Ausbildung to manage and motivate our in-house sales and counseling team, drive student admissions for Germany Ausbildung programs, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Admission Counselors.
- Monitor daily calls, lead follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
- Train team members to improve counseling and sales effectiveness.
- Drive monthly admission targets and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with the Sales Head.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead.
- In-house/inside sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in overseas education or Germany Ausbildung programs is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
