Role Overview

ETDOX is looking for two motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Specialists to plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns. Candidates will help generate qualified leads, improve campaign performance and support customer acquisition for ETDOX and its clients.

This opportunity is suitable for college students, freshers and aspiring digital marketers who want practical experience working on real marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and test campaign structures, ad copy and audience segments.
- Monitor advertising budgets, impressions, clicks, leads and conversions.
- Track cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to develop advertising creatives.
- Work with the web team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
- Set up and review conversion tracking with tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to increase campaign efficiency and lead quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Currently enrolled college students, freshers and recent graduates may apply.
- Students pursuing Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications,



Computer Applications or related fields are encouraged.
- Interest in digital advertising, online customer acquisition and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is desirable.
- Good communication, analytical thinking and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Keyword research and audience targeting.
- Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.
- Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Canva or similar tools for basic creative coordination.
- Understanding of landing pages, marketing funnels and A/B testing.

Prior experience is an advantage, not a mandatory requirement. Applicants may demonstrate their skills through coursework, certifications, personal projects or sample campaigns.

- Campaign setup accuracy and timely execution.
- Quality and number of qualified leads generated.
- Cost per lead and conversion rate.
- Budget utilisation and campaign efficiency.
- Accuracy of tracking and reporting.
- Consistent testing and optimisation.
