NSB Bangalore is seeking an energetic Junior Graphic Designer (1–2 years experience) to support the marketing and branding team in executing day-to-day visual creative assets. Working under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer, this role focuses on generating regular social media creatives, adapting master campaign layouts across various digital formats, formatting campus event materials, and maintaining institutional brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Social Media & Digital Asset Creation

- Design daily graphics, stories, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube using established brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt master campaign visuals for Meta/Google display ads, web banners, and email newsletters.
- Create quick-turnaround posts for student achievements, faculty accomplishments, and day-to-day campus events.

2. Event & Campus Collateral Support

- Assist in producing graphics for campus events, guest lectures, and orientation programs (digital posters, badges, certificates, notice board announcements).
- Format standardized slide decks (MS PowerPoint / Google Slides) for guest speakers and internal academic presentations.

3. Collateral Formatting & Layout Adaptation

- Update and format text/images across program flyers, admissions brochures, and student placement profiles using master InDesign templates.
- Assist in assembling visual layouts for campus newsletters and student committee magazines.

Image Editing & Asset Library Management

- Retouch, crop, and edit high-resolution photos from campus events, faculty sessions, and corporate visits.
- Organize and maintain the central media library (logos, stock photos, raw event images, vector assets, and finalized production files).

5. Print File Preparation & Coordination

- Prepare basic print-ready artwork (checking bleed, resolution, and standard dimension guidelines) under senior supervision.
- Coordinate directly with student clubs and internal departments to gather artwork requirements and deliver finished assets on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional design experience (in-house marketing team, design agency, or internship experience with a solid project portfolio).
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills, layout hierarchy, clean typography, and practical social media graphic work.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
