Coordinate with distributors for order collection, confirmation, and delivery schedules.

Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

Communicate production requirements and timelines with the production team.

Maintain sales and dispatch records in coordination with accounts and logistics.

Track pending orders, stock availability, and delivery status.

Support the sales team in daily operations, documentation, and follow-ups.

Handle customer queries and provide after-sales coordination support.

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
