Job Description: HR Manager – US Payroll & Accounting

Shift - 8pm to 5 am IST (Travel Reimbursment)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with robust hands-on expertise in US payroll, accounting, and HR operations to manage a team of approximately 50 employees and coordinate with US-based management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Handle US payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Manage US accounting activities, invoices, expenses, and financial records.
- Work with QuickBooks and US payroll software such as ADP, PayCom, or Paychex.
- Lead and manage a team of around 50 employees.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with US-based teams and management.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of relevant HR/payroll experience.
- Mandatory experience in US payroll and US accounting.
- Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and US payroll software.
- Strong team-management and communication skills.




- Good knowledge of US payroll taxes and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

- Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
