We are looking for energetic, guest-focused GSA to join our F&B; team. The role involves providing excellent table service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a great dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities: For Steward:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, polite, and professional manner.
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
- Support the captain and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Follow SOPs related to guest service, safety, and hygiene.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in hotels, fine dining, casual dining, banquets, or QSR setups.
